Privacy policy

Last updated: November 2026

This policy explains what personal data Rolltrack ("we") collects when you use this website and how we use it. We are the data controller for that data. Contact: hello@rolltrack.gg.

What we collect

Essential (no consent required)

  • Age-gate and cookie choices stored in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again.
  • Outbound click records when you use an affiliate link: timestamp, the page and button clicked, the operator, your browser's user-agent string, your approximate country, and a salted one-way hash of your IP address. We cannot recover your IP address from the hash. Legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring and being paid for referrals.
  • Promo-code copy events (which code, which page). No identifier is stored.
  • Contact form submissions: your name, email and message, so we can reply. Legal basis: performance of your request.
  • Server logs kept by our hosting provider for security, typically for 30 days.

Optional (with consent)

  • Analytics — only if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. Depending on configuration this is a cookieless provider (Plausible) or Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation. You can withdraw consent by clearing site data in your browser.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not receive your account, identity or payment data from any operator you register with.
  • We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Third parties

When you follow an affiliate link you leave this site and the operator's own privacy policy applies. Our hosting and database providers process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements. Analytics providers, if enabled, are listed above.

Retention

Click and copy events are kept for 24 months in aggregate form. Contact messages are deleted 12 months after resolution.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and equivalent laws you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. Email hello@rolltrack.gg to exercise these rights. Because click data is pseudonymised, we may be unable to link it to you without additional information from you.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date.
